Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer by pathology, with stages I-IIIa; Postoperative patients aged between 18 and 65; (3) The patient has no mental disorder and normal comprehension ability. (4) Expected survival period =6 months; (5) Those who, after publicity and mobilization, have good compliance, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have no pathological confirmation after the operation, or who have developed serious complications or metastasis; (2) Patients with severe comorbidities such as heart, liver, kidney and brain failure; (3) Patients with cognitive impairment and physical disability; (4) Patients with mental disorders; (5) Patients who have regular exercise (exercising more than three times a week for 10 consecutive weeks, each time for 30 minutes) and those with contraindications to exercise
