Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for low back pain caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and the VAS score is =3 points; (2) Patients diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction, aged 18 to 60 years old, regardless of gender; (3) The subjects are conscious, have no intellectual disability, express themselves clearly in language, voluntarily join the trial, can effectively understand the contents in the score sheet and have a high degree of cooperation with the treatment; (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of spinal surgery or spinal fractures; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Medical diagnosis of cognitive impairment; (4) X-rays show obvious structural abnormalities, such as vertebral fractures, sacral fissures, spinal spondylolisthesis, etc. (5) The patient refuses to participate.
