Interventions

Treatment group:1.Active Hot Spring Therapy: 15-min hot spring steam bath for hands and feet (water temp 40+/-0.5 C), 60-min hot spring water cycling (water temp 37+/-0.5 C), and 20-min French Vichy b
2.Herbal Foot Bath: 2 tabs of Mianshu effervescent tabs (15g/tab) for a 45 C foot bath once every evening
3.Aromatherapy: Spatial diffusion inhalation therapy (0.08g/h diffusion rate per 10 sq m, 8 h/day) for 7 consecutive days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet ICSD-3 criteria for chronic insomnia =3 months,16>PSQI>5 or 21=ISI=8; 2) Aged 18-70,any gender; 3) No participation in other clinical studies within 1 month; 4) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to aromatherapy oils or TCM effervescent tablets used in this study; 2) Skin lesions or dermatological conditions; 3) Recent acute infections or contagious diseases; 4) Menstruating, pregnant, or lactating women; 5) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe arrhythmia, or major hepatic/renal diseases; 6) Systemic diseases or environmental factors causing insomnia; 7) Severe primary diseases of liver/kidney/hematopoietic systems, mental disorders, or tumors.
