experimental group:Step 1: Prepare for exercise for 2 minutes. Step 2: Practice Qigong - Eight Pieces of Brocade for 2 sets. Step 3: Clasp both feet to strengthen the kidneys and waist 5 times each +
control group:Step 1: Prepare for exercise for 3 minutes Step 2: Qigong - Eight Pieces of Brocade (2 sets) Step 3: Relaxation exercise for 3 minutes Repeat this process for 8 consecutive weeks, 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for ovarian cancer and kidney deficiency; (2) Imaging shows no tumor presence, and the test values of tumor markers such as CA125, CA199, CEA, and HE4 do not exceed the upper limit of the normal reference values provided by the testing laboratory; (3) Cardiorespiratory function levels are within the range of 11 = Borg score for dyspnea = 15; (4) 30 = age = 60; (5) The individual or their legal representative consents to participate and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with contraindications for physical rehabilitation; (2) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with a severity level of II-IV as per the "Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" of the Chinese Medical Association; (3) Ovarian cancer that is not a primary tumor and is accompanied by a second unrecovered malignant tumor; (4) Patients with severe liver or kidney diseases; (5) Those with fractures, severe joint deformities, or other conditions that make it impossible to complete the exercise treatment plan.
