20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 20 and 60 years old; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for vascular erectile dysfunction; (3) Has not used PDE5 inhibitors or other treatments related to erectile dysfunction in the past month prior to treatment; (4) Is conscious, has basic reading and writing abilities, and can complete the questionnaire; (5) Physical examination shows no significant abnormalities or underdevelopment of the penis; (6) Voluntarily participates in the study, signs the informed consent form, and commits to receiving treatment as prescribed during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of genitourinary system tumors or other tumors; (2) Concurrent genitourinary system diseases or related surgical history; (3) History of severe pelvic trauma, pelvic radiotherapy, or other trauma; (4) Concurrent severe cardiovascular diseases, hematological disorders, or impaired liver or kidney function; (5) History of AIDS, syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, or other infectious diseases; (6) History of bacterial infections (e.g., pneumonia, urinary tract infections) or viral infections, or autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, tissue necrosis, which may affect the observation of inflammatory markers; (7) Currently taking immunosuppressive agents, glucocorticoids, nitrate medications, or other drugs that may affect the observation of blood NO levels; (8) Suffering from mental illness, dementia, or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with treatment and assessment; (9) Diagnosed with neuropathic ED or other organic ED; (10) Diagnosed with psychogenic ED by clinical examination; (11) Partner has severe sexual dysfunction; (12) Ulcers, skin infections at acupuncture sites, or allergies to stainless steel acupuncture needles or metals; (13) Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
