18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18-35 years old, right-handed, with more than 10 years of education; (2) Sleep diary assessment in the week before enrollment shows nightly sleep duration of 6.5-8 hours, bedtime between 22:00-00:00, and awakening time between 06:00-09:00; participants are selected based on the Munich ChronoType Questionnaire (MCTQ) with an intermediate sleep type; (3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score < 5 points; (4) No history of long-term coffee consumption, smoking, or alcohol use; (5) No history of diseases involving the heart, liver, kidneys, or blood system; no history of chronic pain conditions such as migraines or dysmenorrhea; (6) No history of anxiety, depression, claustrophobia, or other related mental health disorders; (7) No contraindications for MRI scans.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of alcohol or substance dependence; (2) Current or past history of any mental or neurological disorders; (3) Subjects with one or more chronic conditions; (4) Subjects who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have given birth within 1 year.
