Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restrictions, age 18-70 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for lumbago in the "Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine"; 3. Average Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score for daily activities in the past week >3 points; 4. Average score on the Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) Lower Back Pain Evaluation Scale in the past week <15 points; 5. Willing to sign the informed consent and be randomly assigned to the experimental group or the observation group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, mental disorders, hearing impairments, or vertebral tumors/tuberculosis, etc., involving organic lesions; 2. Confirmed or suspected pregnant individuals; 3. Those with clear underlying conditions causing pain or anxiety/depression that require timely intervention; 4. Individuals who are intolerant to music.
