Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited the Department of Nephrology 1 at Longhua Hospital Affiliated with Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2023 and 2027 Patients who have signed the informed consent Patients aged between 18 and 85 years old Patients with CKM syndrome in stages 2-3 Non-dialysis patients with CKD in stages 3-5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid diseases, Type 1 diabetes, and allergic purpura. Patients with primary glomerulonephritis, such as IgA nephropathy and membranous nephropathy. Patients with congenital diseases. Women in pregnancy and lactation. Patients with malignant tumors. Patients with severe conditions, such as cerebral infarction and thrombosis. Patients with severe mental disorders.
