Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria for cervical cancer, clinical stage Ia2~IIa, undergoes radical cervical cancer surgery (total hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection), and is postoperatively diagnosed with urinary retention; (2) Age =18 years, female gender, conscious, able to cooperate with pelvic floor muscle training, electroacupuncture therapy, and all follow-up examinations; (3) Preoperative liver and kidney function, blood routine, coagulation function, and electrocardiogram are basically normal, with no severe organic diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; (4) No preoperative urinary dysfunction, urinary tract infection, bladder stones, urethral stenosis, or other urinary system diseases; (5) Informed consent, willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients with a history of urinary dysfunction, urinary tract infections, bladder disorders, urethral strictures, or other urinary system diseases, or those with spinal cord injuries, neurological diseases, or other conditions leading to urinary retention; (3) Individuals who fear electroacupuncture treatment, have skin lesions or infections (making acupuncture point stimulation impossible), or are unable to cooperate with pelvic floor muscle function training (e.g., due to cognitive impairments or physical mobility issues); (4) Patients currently participating in other drug clinical trials.
