Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria in the research protocol; (2) Age 18-80 years old, with no gender restrictions; (3) Disease duration of 1-12 months; (4) Patients are conscious with a Glasgow Coma Scale score of =12; (5) No oral mucosa or pharyngeal lesions; (6) A score of >2 on the (Wada Drinking Test); (7) Able to sit independently or with assistance for 40 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria in the research protocol; (2) Those with structural oral, pharyngeal or esophageal diseases that affect swallowing function; (3) Those with consciousness disorders, tracheotomy or unstable vital signs; (4) Those with severe mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; (5) Those with severe underlying diseases and complications; (6) Those with concurrent diseases such as encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, motor neuron disease, poliomyelitis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenia gravis or myopathy, and Alzheimer's disease; (7) Pregnant women and those in the lactation period.
