Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ·Hold a valid disability certificate issued by the local disability federation or relevant authoritative organization (covering various types of special disabilities such as physical, hearing, speech, etc.). ·The age range is between 18 and 60 years old, which is considered legal adulthood. ·Having basic cognitive, communication, and understanding abilities, able to independently express true intentions and complete psychological scales with moderate assistance from researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ·Diagnosed with severe mental illness (such as major depression, schizophrenia, etc.) or in the acute phase of psychological crisis, unable to adapt to group activities. ·Individuals with severe cognitive impairments are unable to understand the research objectives and the content of the informed consent form. ·Within the past six months, have received professional art therapy or similar psychological intervention programs on a long-term or intensive basis (to avoid interfering with the effects of this study).
