Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria. 2. Aged 40 to 70 years. 3. Disease duration =4 weeks. 4. Completion of MRI examination of the affected shoulder joint prior to enrollment (as the primary basis for exclusion assessment). 5. If clinical suspicion of bony lesions, significant degeneration, or calcific lesions, or if MRI suggests the need for further bony assessment, additional shoulder X-ray examinations (anteroposterior + axillary or scapular Y view) may be performed. 6. Willing to follow the trial protocol for intervention, complete home exercise records, and follow-up assessments. 7. No other treatments that may affect the primary outcome (e.g., acupuncture,,) will be accepted during the treatment period. If pain significantly worsens, rescue analgesics may be used according to the protocol and recorded. 8. The participant is aware of and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, hematological system, or malignant tumors; 2. History of shoulder fractures, dislocations, surgeries, ortrauma within the past 3 months; 3. Imaging or physical examination indicating shoulder pain caused by any of the followingetiologies: fractures/dislocations, infections, tumors, significant shoulder osteoarthritis, or notable calcific tendinitis; 4. Imaging indicating a complete rotator cuff tear or other structural lesions requiring surgery or specific treatment; 5. Coexisting cervical radiculopathy or shoulder-related nerve injuries that can explain shoulder pain; 6. Coexisting rheumatic or immunological diseases; 7. Shoulderinjections, acupuncture, massage, or systemic hormone therapy within the past 4 weeks; 8. Mental illness or cognitive impairments preventing cooperation; 9. Severe skin damage or dermatological conditions at the treatment site; 10. Currently participating in other clinical studies or treatments.
