20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 20 and 40 years; 2) Infertility, defined as the inability to conceive after 12 months of regular sexual activity without contraception; 3) Not participating in other intervention-based research studies; 4) Have provided written informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as internal medicine, surgery, and psychiatry, as well as patients with acute infectious diseases; 2) Patients with uterine malformations, intrauterine masses, uterine adhesions, endometrial tuberculosis, or suspected malignant endometrial lesions; 3) Individuals who have used antidepressant-related medications within the past two months; 4) Couples or individuals where one or both partners have chromosomal abnormalities (excluding chromosomal polymorphisms).
