Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 16; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for membranous nephropathy as specified in the 4th edition of 'Nephrology' and the 2021 KDIGO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Glomerular Diseases (either:1)patients with a confirmed diagnosis of membranous nephropathy via kidney biopsy;or 2)patients presenting with nephrotic syndrome [diagnostic criteria: massive proteinuria (>3.5g/24h), serum albumin <30g/L, edema, and hyperlipidemia, meeting any two or more of these criteria suffices for diagnosis], who have not undergone kidney biopsy but have serum PLA2R antibody titers ELISA method, Eurogen kit))exceeding 20 RU/ml. Either of the above two conditions is sufficient for diagnosis); (3) Patients willing to undergo long-term follow-up and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 15 ml/min/1.73m²; (2) Those unable to cooperate with follow-up due to long-term residence outside, insufficient personal compliance, or other objective factors.
