18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 70 years old; 2) Meet the criteria for yang deficiency constitution or balanced constitution as mentioned above; 3) Provide written informed consent after being fully informed; 4) Reside locally to ensure completion of treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy; 2) Individuals with skin breakdown or rashes on the back, or those with infectious diseases; 3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or hematopoietic systems; 4) Patients with mental illness or those unable to cooperate with treatment or examinations; 5) Individuals suspected of or confirmed to have a history of alcohol or substance abuse; 6) Those who have undergone long snake therapy or taken tonifying Yang herbal medicine orally within the past month; 7) Individuals who have used medications that may interfere with BAT function within the past month; 8) Participants in other drug clinical trials; 9) Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging; 10) Patients with contraindications for cold stimulation.
