Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for pediatric patients: 1) Diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans by a doctor, this study classified the severity of the disease according to the clinical symptom severity rating scale developed by Chen Xiaowen et al. [45]. Scores of 0-9 were classified as mild, 10-18 as moderate, and 19-27 as severe, and included mild to moderate pediatric patients; 2) Age range: 7-14 years old; 3) The child is conscious, able to understand and cooperate in completing respiratory training. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: 1) Parents of children diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans after infection; 2) Can play an accompanying role during hospitalization and home stay; 3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for pediatric patients: 1) The child has heart disease or other major organ diseases; 2) During the 3-month home training process, the child was hospitalized due to repeated acute infections. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: Caregivers have mental and psychological disorders, low intelligence, and are unwilling to cooperate.
