Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura in both Mongolian medicine and Western medicine. (2) Aged 10-75 years, with no restriction on gender. (3) Headache attacks last for 4-72 hours (without treatment or with poor treatment effect). (4) Voluntarily participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and be able to cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe diseases such as severe liver or kidney failure (ALT/AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > upper limit of normal), heart failure, and malignant tumors. (2) Pregnant women, lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant. (3) Patients with severe traumatic brain injury (e.g., skull fracture, acute intracranial hemorrhage), disturbance of consciousness, or mental illness. (4) Patients with contraindications to brain-shaking therapy (e.g., intracranial space-occupying lesions, epilepsy, severe cerebrovascular malformation, etc.). (5) Patients allergic to trial drugs (e.g., flunarizine hydrochloride) or materials used in brain-shaking therapy. (6) Patients who have received other TCM/ethnic medical head treatments (e.g., acupuncture, tuina) or participated in other drug clinical trials within the past month. (7) Legally disabled patients (blind, deaf, mute, or with intellectual disability) or those with poor compliance (e.g., unable to return for follow-up visits on time).
