Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meets the diagnostic criteria for NSAA as specified in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Aplastic Anemia (2022);? 2 Has received combined treatment with Jili Shengxue Formula and stanozolol for = 3 months;? 3 Has complete medical records and follow-up dat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Congenital or hereditary aplastic anemia (e.g., Fanconi anemia, telomere disorders) or hereditary bone marrow failure syndrome with definite evidence;? 2 Complicated with other hematological diseases, including myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in clinically overt phase, and leukemia;? 3 Previous history of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT);? 4 Complicated with severe infection, active tuberculosis, or other severe systemic diseases;? 5 Incomplete medical records or patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
