Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; (2) It meets the TCM diagnostic criteria for stroke caused by phlegm and blood stasis blocking the meridians. (3) Age ranging from 40 to 75 years old, with no gender restrictions, and no other serious complications. (4) There is no previous history of ischemic stroke in the first onset, or although there is, no sequelae have been left. (5) Those who have not undergone thrombolysis and endovascular treatment; (6) Patients and their families were informed of this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with stationary ischemic stroke or those whose stroke has been confirmed to be caused by tumors, trauma, genetics, etc. through examination; (2) Transient ischemic attack (TIA), hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke; (3) Patients diagnosed with cardiogenic embolic stroke by Western medicine, as well as those with ischemic stroke caused by other reasons or whose causes are still unclear; (4) Patients with severe liver or kidney damage, or active gastrointestinal diseases, or serious organ diseases such as heart and lung diseases, and whose expected survival time is less than 30 days; (5) Those with mental disorders or severe dementia, etc., who are unable to cooperate in the collection of clinical data and information; (6) Those with swallowing disorders who are unable to take medicine; (7) Those who are undergoing other clinical drug trials.
