Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 = age = 70 years, regardless of gender; (2) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for cervicalylotic myelopathy; (3) Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association (mJOA) score = 13; (4) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondotic myelopathy in the "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes"; (5) The patient or their guardian agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed form; (6) Capable of completing questionnaires and study-related examinations; (7) Normal liver and kidney function (liver and kidney function tests at enrollment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe functional abnormalities of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or the hematological system. (2) Patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and examinations. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) Patients who have used drugs that may affect the observation of therapeutic effects within 2 weeks before randomization, including those meeting any of the following criteria: Having taken aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); Having used external plasters with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, blood-activating, or stasis-resolving effects; Having received tuina (Chinese massage), physical therapy, or hot compress therapy.
