Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chinese Diagnostic Criteria Based on the diagnostic criteria for injury to the infrapatellar fat pad as stipulated in the "Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine" issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016: (1) History of trauma, overuse, or exposure to cold in the knee area prior to onset; (2) Commonly seen in athletes or individuals with frequent knee joint activity, particularly among females; (3) Knee joint pain, exacerbated when ascending or descending stairs, with significant tenderness over the infrapatellar fat pad, positive knee extension compression test, and positive patellar tendon relaxation tenderness test; (4) Knee X-rays may show no abnormalities, or increased texture of the fat pad, or calcification shadows of the fat pad. Western Medical Diagnostic Criteria Based on the diagnostic criteria for infrapatellar fat pad inflammation as stipulated in the "Chinese Pain Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" published by People's Health Publishing House in 2020: (1) Slow onset with fluctuating severity, initially presenting as discomfort, soreness, cold sensation, and mild pain in the knee, progressing to persistent anterior knee pain, joint instability, weakness during movement, and increased risk of falls; (2) Pain is particularly noticeable when ascending or descending stairs, with severe cases unable to flex or extend the knee, and exacerbated pain at night; (3) Pain may radiate to the anterior superior quadriceps femoris, anterior inferior tibia, dorsum of the foot, and digits 2-4 of the foot, posterior popliteal fossa, posterior superior thigh, and posterior inferior leg; (4) Tenderness at the inferior margin of the patella, with sliding pressure on the patellar apex inducing severe pain at the apex; (5) X-rays show no significant abnormalities. Subjects who meet the above diagnostic criteria; Aged between 18 and 60 years old; Voluntarily signed the informed consent form and are willing to actively cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Individuals with Grade III anterior cruciate ligament injuries and Grade III meniscus injuries; (2)Individuals diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, bone tumors, or similar conditions; (3)Individuals with fractures, congenital developmental abnormalities, or severe osteoporosis; (4)Individuals with localized skin ulcers or localized skin diseases; (5)Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers; (6)Individuals allergic to celecoxib or any components of the medication; (7)Individuals with a known allergy to sulfonamide drugs; (8)Individuals who develop asthma, hives, or other allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); (9)Individuals undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery or those in the perioperative period; (10)Individuals with active gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding; (11)Individuals with severe heart failure (NYHA Class III-IV)
