Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years; community resident for at least 6 months and planning to reside long-term (=3 years); (2) Possess basic communication and comprehension skills, able to cooperate in completing questionnaires, physical measurements, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic interviews; (3) Able to walk independently or with the aid of simple assistive devices and complete functional tests; (4) Willing to participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe organ failure (e.g., cardiac function class III–IV), active or advanced malignant tumors; (2) Neurological disorders that severely affect muscle function (e.g., severe Parkinson's disease, severe hemiplegia post-stroke); (3) Limb deficiency that prevents completion of the tests; (4) Moderate or severe cognitive impairment that precludes cooperation with the assessment.
