Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 6 and 18 years 2) meeting the diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata 3) meeting the disease staging criteria for the stable phase 4) meeting the diagnostic criteria for the liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern 5) voluntarily participating in this study, able to adhere to medication and follow-up, and willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Duration of alopecia areata exceeds two years; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Received systemic treatment for hair loss within the past three months or topical treatment for hair loss within the past one month; 4. Severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, mental disorders, or other skin diseases except alopecia areata; 5. Patients with a clear history of schizophrenia, or history of alcohol or substance abuse or dependence; 6. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator.
