Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–50 years;2.Scheduled for gynecological laparoscopic surgery (non-radical surgery for malignant tumor), with an operation duration of 1–3 hours;3.ASA physical status Class I–II;4.BMI 18–28 kg/m²;5.Education duration = 6 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with severe cardiopulmonary, cerebral, hepatic or renal insufficiency, or mental disorders; (2) long-term preoperative use of opioids or use of any analgesics within 24 hours before surgery; (3) hypersensitivity to any drugs used in the study (e.g., general anesthetics, opioids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); (4) complicated with head and face diseases (e.g., facial paralysis, head and face infection, trigeminal neuralgia); (5) complicated with severe gastric diseases such as gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding; (6) hemorrhagic tendency or complicated with hemorrhagic diseases; (7) complicated with language or hearing impairment.
