65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65–80 years;(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis-3.0;(3) SOFA score ranging from 6 to 13;(4) Confirmed pulmonary infection as the infectious site;(5) Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with chronic heart failure (Killip class IV);(2) Chronic liver failure (Child-Pugh grade C) or undergoing liver transplantation evaluation;(3) Chronic renal failure with long-term hemodialysis;(4) Severe traumatic brain injury (GCS score < 8) or spinal cord injury;(5) Advanced malignant tumor complicated with cachexia;(6) Patients with autoimmune diseases;(7) Post-organ transplantation or long-term use of immunosuppressive agents;(8) HIV-infected individuals;(9) Pregnant or lactating women;(10) Patients unable to cooperate with follow-up or refusing to sign the informed consent form.
