Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for simple abdominal obesity and the TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for spleen deficiency with dampness obstruction; (Diagnostic sources: 1. Western medical diagnostic criteria: The diagnostic criteria for simple abdominal obesity refer to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obesity (2024 edition): Waist circumference (WC): =90 cm for males, =85 cm for females. Exclude patients with secondary obesity, such as hypothalamic syndrome, hypopituitarism, pituitary adenoma, hypothyroidism, and hypercortisolism. 2. TCM diagnostic criteria: The TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for spleen deficiency with dampness obstruction refer to "Internal Medicine of TCM" (authored by Zhang Boli et al., 2019 edition) and "Diagnostic Criteria and Efficacy Assessment Standards for Simple Obesity" (1998 edition): Including 1) fatigue and weakness, 2) heavy limbs, 3) poor appetite, 4) abdominal distension, 5) edema, 6) loose stools. Tongue and pulse: Pale red tongue body, white and greasy coating, fine and slippery or deep and fine or slow pulse.) 2. Age between 18-45 years, gender (unrestricted); 3. Not participating in other related clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals under 18 years of age or over 45 years of age; pregnant women; patients with mental illness; 2) Individuals allergic to metals or iodine; 3) Patients with keloid-prone constitution or outie belly button, or those with burns, scalds, or skin diseases causing skin damage in the area to be treated; 4) Patients with coagulation disorders or thrombocytopenia.
