Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet diagnostic criteria for PCOS; Meet diagnostic criteria for overweight/obesity; TCM syndrome differentiation of Kidney Deficiency and Phlegm-Dampness; Age >/=18 and 35 days and</=60 days; Voluntary signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intrauterine adhesions, hypothalamic-pituitary amenorrhea, genital tumors, or reproductive tract malformations; Use of ovulation-inducing drugs, hormonal medications, or metabolism-affecting drugs within 3 months, or participation in other clinical trials; Severe cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases (AST/ALT >1.5×ULN), kidney diseases (Scr/BUN >1.5×ULN); Allergic constitution or TCM allergy; Severe psychological/psychiatric disorders affecting trial compliance.
