60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II–III; (2) Patients scheduled for endoscopic spinal surgery under general anesthesia; (3) Patients who understand the study content and have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than or equal to30; (2) History of severe pulmonary disease (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [GOLD stage =3], forced expiratory volume in the first second [FEV] <50%, prior pulmonary surgery, bronchial asthma, pulmonary bullae, etc.); (3) Decompensated heart disease (NYHA Class 3 or 4); (4) Patients with implanted electrophysiological devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators; (5) Patients with infection, injury, or coagulation disorders at the stimulation site;
