Interventions

Tai Chi Group:Participate in a 16-week group training program of Tai Chi, with 2 sessions per week, each lasting 40-50 minutes. The exercise intensity should be controlled at 50% - 70% of the maximum
Brisk Walking Group:Participate in a 16-week, twice-weekly group fast walking training program, each session lasting 40-50 minutes, with the exercise intensity controlled at 50%-70% of the maximum hea
Control group:16 weeks of health education were conducted without any exercise intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 65 years old 2. Able to participate in physical activities and complete the functional tests 3. Attendance rate during the intervention period is not less than 80% 4. Cooperate in filling out the questionnaire, conducting the physical fitness assessment and signing the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If the score of the Folstein test is less than 24, it indicates the presence of cognitive impairment. 2. After being examined by professional medical personnel, one has severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, or cerebrovascular diseases, or diseases related to clear movement restrictions such as bone and joint, or muscle disorders. 3. It cannot guarantee an intervention attendance rate of 80% or higher. 4. Refuses to sign the informed consent form, or is unable to cooperate in completing the entire testing and data collection of the research.
