Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)The discharge date is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021. (2) For patients whose discharge diagnosis on the first page of the medical record includes heart failure (such as left heart failure, total heart failure, right heart failure, acute heart failure, chronic heart failure, etc.), the medical record is identified through the codes in the 10th Edition of the International Classification and Coding System of Diseases. The ICD-10 codes related to heart failure include I50.001, I50.901, I50.904, I50.006, I50.102, I50.915, I50.914, I50.916, I50.918, I50.905, I50.103, I50.917, I50.003). I50.919, I50.004, I50.005, I50.106, I50.107, I50.911. (3) The medical records are relatively complete and the data is true. (4) The diagnostic criteria for heart failure are based on the 2018 edition of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure" : 1) Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction: Symptoms and/or signs of heart failure, LVEF35pg/ml, or NT-proBNP>125ng/ml), simultaneously meeting at least one of the following conditions: left ventricular hypertrophy and/or left atrial enlargement, abnormal cardiac diastolic function; 3) Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: Symptoms and/or signs of heart failure, LVEF=50%, elevated natriuretic peptide (BNP>35pg/ml, or NT-proBNP>125ng/ml), simultaneously meeting at least one of the following conditions: left ventricular hypertrophy and/or left atrial enlargement, abnormal cardiac diastolic function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unclear outcomes; (2) Patients under the age of 18; (3) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure"; (4) Patients with blood diseases, leukemia or mental disorders
