Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes aged 18 to 44 years. Diagnosis of overweight or obesity according to WHO criteria (BMI =25 kg/m²). Willingness to participate voluntarily in the study. Signed informed consent in accordance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 for medical records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present chronic or acute illnesses. Be pregnant or breastfeeding. Be under medical treatment or psychotropic medication. Follow a dietary regimen. Have used weight-loss medications, gastric bypass, or supplements within 4 weeks prior to inclusion. Have exposure to metals or metal implants. Have received homeopathic, acupuncture, or complementary/alternative therapies within 6 weeks prior to inclusion.
