18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years = age = 80 years; 2) No history of diabetes mellitus or use of antidiabetic medications; 3) Signed informed consent prior to enrollment in the prospective cohort; 4) Relatively complete core physical examination data, including blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, uric acid, and results of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution identification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those unable to express themselves normally; 2) Those with secondary obesity caused by medication effects, diseases, or other factors; 3) Those complicated with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, blood system, endocrine system, immune system, psychiatric disorders, or infectious diseases; 4) Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant within 6 months, or lactating women; 5) Those deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this study or with poor compliance.
