18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 20 and 35 years old; (2) Healthy singleton pregnancy with elective cesarean section as the mode of delivery; (3) No severe pregnancy-related complications and/or concomitant conditions; (4) Gestational age between 37 and 41+6 weeks, with neonatal birth weight =2500g and <4000g; (5) Signed informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to breastfeeding due to medication use or other factors; (2) Newborn Apgar score =7; (3) Retained placenta or postoperative blood loss =1000mL; (4) Bilateral ear infections, ulcers, or similar conditions; (5) History of severe dysmenorrhea; (6) Poor prenatal breast development (e.g., inverted nipples) or severe breast disease causing significant destruction of mammary tissue; (7) Use of sleep aids or sedatives within the past 3 months; (8) Recent participation in similar research studies.
