Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation in the elderly; (2) Age =60 years and =75 years, gender; (3) Duration of low back pain >6 weeks; (4) 4 = initial low back pain VAS score <7; (5) Those who understand, agree to participate in this study, and sign the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with low back pain caused by other etiology such as lumbar tumors ankylosing spondylitis lumbar spondylolisthesis piriformis syndrome etc. (2) Patients whose severity meets the surgical requirements such as severe spinal canal stenosis cauda equina nerve palsy (urinary and defecation disorders progressive muscle weakness) etc. (3) The subjects have received surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation; (4) Patients with mental disorders and communication disorders; (5) Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney dysfunction and other systemic diseases; Any item that meets any of the above conditions can be excluded.
