18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18 - 65 years old, gender not restricted; (2) Meet the above criteria for Western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; (3) Have a HAMD score of = 8 points and < 25 points, indicating mild to moderate depression; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study, able to sign the informed consent form, and capable of completing the scale assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from other severe mental disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia; (2) Having a clear suicidal tendency or plan (assessed by the researchers); (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Complicated with primary diseases such as severe heart, liver, kidney, hematological system disorders or malignant tumors; (5) Alcohol or drug addicts; (6) Suffering from severe skin diseases or bleeding disorders and not suitable for acupuncture; (7) Currently participating in other clinical trials.
