Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA); (2) Aged 45–75 years, either gender, right-handed; (3) Unilateral knee joint involvement; (4) Kellgren & Lawrence (K-L) grade 0 to III; (5) No prior treatment for knee osteoarthritis received within one week; (6) Signed informed consent form provided by the patient or a family member.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with limb movement disorders not caused by knee osteoarthritis; (2) Those with a history of knee surgery, local skin breakdown, or severe pain during knee joint movement; (3) Those unable to cooperate with examinations and treatments; (4) Individuals with severe, potentially life-threatening diseases (e.g., of the heart, digestive system, urinary system), malignant tumors, hematologic disorders, or those with psychiatric abnormalities or cognitive impairment; (5) Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women; (6) Those currently participating in other related clinical trials.
