Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for concussion in either Mongolian or Western medicine. (2) Age 18–75 years, no gender restrictions. (3) Diagnosis confirmed within 72 hours of injury. (4) Voluntarily agrees to participate in this treatment, cooperates with all assessments during treatment, and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) Concurrent severe hepatic or renal failure (ALT/AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > upper limit of normal), heart failure, malignant tumors, or other serious diseases. (2) Pregnant women, lactating women, or those planning pregnancy. (3) Patients with severe traumatic brain injury (e.g., skull fracture, acute intracranial hemorrhage), impaired consciousness, or psychiatric disorders. (4) Contraindications for concussion therapy (e.g., intracranial space-occupying lesions, severe cerebral vascular malformations). (5) Individuals with allergies to the investigational drug. (6) Participants who have received other traditional Chinese/ethnic medicine treatments to the head (e.g., acupuncture, massage) or participated in other drug clinical trials within the past month. (7) Legally disabled patients (blind, deaf, mute, intellectually disabled) or those with poor compliance (e.g., unable to attend follow-up appointments on schedule).
