Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 )Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular accident and hand dysfunction as mentioned above; 2) Age >18 years old, <90 years old; 3) This is the first stroke episode accompanied by hemiplegia on one side, with a disease course =1 year; 4) Stable vital signs, no severe cognitive impairment, and able to perform hand gripping actions according to instructions; 5) Can sit alone or with assistance for more than 1 hour; 6) Cranial CT and MRI scans have been performed to confirm; 7) Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)History of stroke two or more times; 2) Patients with severe infections; 3) Patients with organ dysfunction and other diseases such as tumors; 4) Patients with significant cognitive decline, impaired consciousness (Glasgow Coma Scale score =14), and mental disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment; 5) Patients with hematological diseases and a tendency to bleed; 6) Patients with hand dysfunction not caused by stroke; 7) Patients unwilling to cooperate with treatment or provide efficacy parameters.
