Neurogenic tinnitus

Interventions

observation group:On the basis of the conventional acupuncture protocol, additional abdominal acupoints are supplemented. Main Acupoints: Tinggong (SI19), Tinghui (GB2), Yifeng (SJ17), Zhongzhu (SJ3),
Abdominal Adjunct Acupoints: Jianli (CV11), Qihai (CV6), Guanyuan (CV4), Tianshu (ST25). Among them, local adjacent acupoints are selected on the affected side
Conception Vessel (Ren Meridian) acupoints are taken as single points
all other distant distal acupoints are taken bilaterally.
Control group :Adopt the conventional acupuncture protocol, selecting the following acupoints: Tinggong (SI19), Tinghui (GB2), Yifeng (SJ17), Zhongzhu (SJ3), Xiaxi (GB43), Zusanli (ST36), Sanyinjiao (

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine-based tinnitus and the diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns; (2) Aged 18–65 years, with no requirement for gender; (3) Patients who are clear-minded and able to actively cooperate with the treatment; (4) Patients who fully understand the study and are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tinnitus caused by external ear diseases (e.g., cerumen impaction, external otitis, eczema of the external auditory canal, etc.) or middle ear diseases (e.g., catarrhal otitis media, suppurative otitis media, etc.); (2) Individuals who are planning for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or lactating; (3) Those who have participated in other clinical studies within the past three months; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases involving the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, blood system, etc.; (5) Individuals allergic to metal products; (6) Patients with skin and soft tissue infections or extensive skin disorders; (7) Individuals with psychiatric disorders; (8) Those unable to cooperate with the treatment.
