18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with stage II-III disease who have undergone radical resection, with postoperative pathological confirmation of NSCLC and driver gene-negative status. 2) Patients who have not received adjuvant therapy within 6 weeks after surgery. 3) Patients diagnosed with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome according to traditional Chinese medicine pattern differentiation. 4) Aged between 18 and 75 years (inclusive). 5) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG PS) score = 2. 6) Patients with essentially normal blood routine, liver, and kidney function tests. 7) Patients with good compliance, capable of understanding the study and providing signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with concurrent severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system. 2) Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 3) Patients with a history of poorly controlled psychiatric disorders.
