Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke in Western medicine; meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke in Traditional Chinese Medicine; (2) Patients with stable vital signs and disease course = 6 months; (3) Patients with functional impairment of the hemiplegic limb; (4) Normal vision and hearing, able to understand and simply execute instructions from nursing staff; (5) Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to cooperate actively with treatment; (2) Patients with metal implants in the hemiplegic limb or those with cardiac pacemakers; (3) Patients with severe organic diseases such as severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, or renal dysfunction; (4) Patients with congenital limb disabilities; (5) Patients with skin inflammation or local infection on the hemiplegic side.
