18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time peritoneal dialysis catheter placement and regular peritoneal dialysis. 2. Meets diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). 3. Meets diagnostic criteria for spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome in chronic renal failure according to traditional Chinese medicine. 4. Age between 18 and 80 years. 5. Patients who are fully informed about the trial but still voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with acute kidney injury, patients requiring urgent initiation of peritoneal dialysis (PD), and patients with recovered kidney function. 2 Patients with a history of kidney transplantation and/or chronic hemodialysis (HD) (HD duration exceeding 3 months). 3 Patients with active malignancies or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 4 Patients with severe mental disorders who are unable to cooperate to complete the study. 5 Patients with allergies to certain drugs in the formula. 6 Patients with incomplete baseline information.
