Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and functional dyspepsia in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and have been confirmed to have cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage via CT or MRI; (2) Patients whose syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine conforms to the diagnostic criteria for spleen deficiency and qi stagnation; (3) Patients whose symptoms of dyspepsia occurred after the onset of stroke; (4) Patients with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score of =7 points; (5) Patients of any gender, aged between 35 and 85 years (=35 years old and =85 years old); (6) Patients who are conscious, without symptoms of dementia, aphasia, or apraxia, and are able to cooperate with clinical assessments and examinations; (7) Patients with stable vital signs and no other major illnesses; (8) Patients or their family members who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the aforementioned diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) Those with poor compliance who cannot cooperate with treatment as required; (3) Those with mental disorders or those for whom reliable medical history cannot be obtained from their family members; (4) Those who have taken medications to improve symptoms of indigestion or received other treatments within the past 2 weeks, which may affect the evaluation of treatment outcomes; (5) Those with unstable vital signs, severe organic diseases, severe infections, or malignant tumors; (6) Those who are sensitive to or cannot tolerate the Five Elements music, and/or those who are averse to or cannot accept acupoint massage. Those who meet any one of the above criteria will be excluded.
