Insomnia

Interventions

Treatment group:1) Three-item therapy of dynamic hot spring (15 minutes of hot spring hand and foot steam bath, water temperature 40±0.5?
60 minutes of hot spring water cycling, water temperature 37±0.5?
20 minutes of French Vichy bath, water temperature 38±0.5?), continuously for 7 days
2) Mianshu effervescent tablets foot bath (2 tablets per time, 45?) once every night
3) Aromatherapy (spatial diffusion 0.08g/h·m²×8h) continuously for 7 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet ICSD-3 criteria for chronic insomnia =3 months,16>PSQI>5 or 21=ISI=8; 2) Aged 18-70,any gender; 3) No participation in other clinical studies within 1 month; 4) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to aromatherapy oils or TCM effervescent tablets used in this study; 2) Skin lesions or dermatological conditions; 3) Recent acute infections or contagious diseases; 4) Menstruating, pregnant, or lactating women; 5) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe arrhythmia, or major hepatic/renal diseases; 6) Systemic diseases or environmental factors causing insomnia; 7) Severe primary diseases of liver/kidney/hematopoietic systems, mental disorders, or tumors.
