A group:Conventional Treatment
B group:Based on the conventional treatment regimen, wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention was implemented.
C group:Based on the conventional control group treatment, wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention was implemented upon triggered conditions.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-65 with traumatic single-finger amputation; (2) Ischemic time of the amputated finger = 12 hours; (3) Allen's test confirmed good blood supply; (4) Voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent; (5) The replantation surgery was performed by the same surgical team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with concomitant diabetes mellitus, Raynaud's disease, or immune system disorders; (2) Patients with coagulation disorders; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Patients with a history of severe psychiatric disorders; (5) Fingers amputated due to avulsion, crushing, explosion, or other non-clean cutting injuries; (6) History of intolerance to wrist-ankle acupuncture or presence of contraindications for wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy.
