Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine," Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) Grade I-III exertional angina, and Chinese medicine pattern identification consistent with the "Chinese Medicine Standards for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes" pattern of Qi and Yin Deficiency: Fatigue and lassitude, thirst with frequent drinking, palpitations and shortness of breath, poor appetite, abdominal distension with loose stools, afternoon tidal fever, night sweats, thin and pale tongue body, scanty and dry coating, red or pale red tongue body, deep and fine pulse with weak force; 2) Age 40–75 years; 3) Angina attacks =2 times/week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1) Individuals with contraindications to cupping therapy, such as coagulation disorders or skin lesions; 2) Individuals with allergies to any component of the study drug; 3) Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month.
