Experimental group:The traditional exercise regimen derived from screening was used for targeted training

Control Group:Routine traditional gongfa training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis mentioned above, with a Cobb angle of 10° = Cobb = 20°; (2) Patients with no congenital spinal abnormalities or secondary diseases causing scoliosis; (3) Patients aged between 6 and 18 years, with no restriction on gender; (4) Patients who agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. Subjects who satisfy all of the above five criteria can be included as eligible cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or mental illness; (2) Patients with any congenital spinal abnormalities or concurrent neuromuscular or skeletal diseases; (3) Patients who have undergone surgery or brace treatment; (4) Patients with other types of scoliosis. Note: If any of the above options is "Yes," the subject cannot be enrolled.
