Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic criteria of urinary calculi, confirmed by B-ultrasound, and the stone diameter is less than 10mm ; ( 2 ) First onset ; ( 3 ) Liver and kidney function is basically normal ; ( 4 ) those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine ; ( 5 ) Voluntary participation in clinical trials and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) patients with large stone diameter greater than 10mm, or with obvious surgical lithotripsy indications ; ( 2 ) patients with urinary tract stenosis, deformity, obstruction and adhesion ; ( 3 ) pregnant or lactating women ; ( 4 ) Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study ; ( 5 ) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or cardiovascular disease ; ( 6 ) patients with abnormal coagulation function ; ( 7 ) patients with severe pain and severe infection ; ( 8 ) those who have received other treatment and may affect the effect observation index ; ( 9 ) Poor compliance.
