Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Stage III colorectal cancer by clinical or pathological examination and have undergone radical surgery, and are planning to receive standard postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for the first time according to the Chinese Clinical Oncology Society's "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer 2025"; 2.Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old; 3.Patients with an ECOG score = 2; 4.Patients who can communicate well with the investigators and are able to complete the study as per the research requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other tumors within the past 5 years; 2.Coexisting severe gastrointestinal diseases (such as enter perforation infection, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) or autoimmune diseases; 3.Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure (NYHA III–IV), stroke, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure =180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =110 mmHg), etc.), liver or kidney failure, or hematological diseases; 4.History of drug or alcohol abuse; 5.Participation in other drug clinical trials within the past 3 months, which may affect the observation of the efficacy indicators in this study; 6.The investigator assesses that the participant is not suitable for inclusion.1.
