Control Group: Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT).
Experimental Group:On the basis of Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT), take Menopause Formula No. 1 continuously for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with menopausal syndrome and a modified Kupperman score =6 points; (2) Patients who meet the criteria for the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pattern of liver and kidney deficiency; (3) Patients who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-compliance with medication during MHT treatment; 2. Concurrent self-use of traditional Chinese medicine (Kun Tai Capsules, An Kun Granules, Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills, Zhi Bai Di Huang Pills) during MHT; 3. Inability to use a Chinese herbal formula or allergy to a specific Chinese herb; 4. History of malignant tumors; 5. Inability to follow the research protocol for regular follow-up; 6. Participation in other clinical trials within the past three months.
